It’s not for lack of information about business — the bookshelves are are full. But for the smallish business owner there’s a lack of the right information.

What business owners need is a simple, easy-to-use guide that explains what business owners need to do to create a successfully operating business. These instructions need to allow for an easy read, quick implementation, and rapid results.

The need for this kind of guide is nearly universal. Very few entrepreneurs have the business management skills they need to exploit their ideas. And many “experienced” business owners are falling far short of what they could achieve if they could only direct their enterprises more effectively.
